The Women Forum has been constituted to help maintain a harmonious working environment for women at the Institution. It is a forum for gender sensitization enabling women to preserve and fight for their rights and privileges in a society that is predominantly gender biased.

Objectives:

It enables women to pursue their work with dignity and reassurance.
It aims at raising awareness on gender issues.
To build a society with social and economic gender equality
To promote Women Empowerment
